I’ve just realised that because of the design of the new template Amatomu only registers page impressions from my home page – hence I’ve begun quite a dramatic drop down the ratings. Oh well – I like this template so I’ll have to live with mid-table mediocrity.

Stephen,
After my accident my capacity to blog (and my energy and creativity to do so) wained significantly. So, I saw a massive drop in my placing on Amatomu… After some thought I came to the conclusion that I don’t want to be in a race! I just want to share what I think, what makes me smile, and a few other interesting and random things that others may not find… Who cares where I rate on Amatomu!
In my case there is one benefit to traffic, it helps to sell my books (which funds some mission and ministry activities, but also helps me to publish other works)… But, even for that I am not willing to put pressure on myself so that I no longer enjoy blogging…
Stephen, please take great encouragement in the fact that your new design is magnificent! It will soon draw much higher traffic. Moreover, you need to know that the content on your blog (unlike mine) is always carefully chosen, well crafted, and thought provoking. Your blog and Steve Hayes blogs are the two that I aspire to emulate!
Bless you my friend! Don’t stress about the things that don’t matter!
Dion
Thanks for the kind words and be encouraged mate – the sheer amount of posts you turn out each day completely blows me away. To post so often and still have worthwhile things to say is a gift. There’s a reason people keep coming back for more.
